Rosemont Summit Master Suite

Lord Interior Design - Rosemont Summit Master Suite-24.jpg

space, light, and style.

This master bath was not at all masterful, but what it did have was potential and a conveniently underutilized small bedroom that we could tap into for extra space. Neutral tones of large format porcelain tile set the spa-like atmosphere. The rich cabinetry paired with the glass tile adds contrast and ties in the rich wood colors used in adjoining rooms.

We used mirrors thoughtfully to increase the space and reflect the lighting, creating a sparkle at night and capture the beautiful view during the day. With the large, custom medicine cabinets and ample base cabinets, storage abounds in this bathroom. The adjoining spare room became the enviably large walk in closet that is easily accessible from the Master Bathroom.

The remodel was done by C. George’s construction.

Everything was pretty worn out and needed to be replaced. Arlene was able to listen to our wants and wishes and make our dreams come true. We asked for a cohesive design for the entire house built in 1987, contemporary, clean lines, neutral pallet while mixing in some heirloom antiques. We got everything we asked for and more. All my friends have closet envy, the kitchen is to die for and we absolutely love the master suite. Arlene was a life saver—we couldn’t have done it without her!
